Hydraulic oscillator

Introduce:

The hydraulic oscillator mainly utilizes the dynamic function of the pulsating water flow, so that the lower drilling tool generates lateral and axial vibrations at the bottom of the well, which can effectively improve the drilling speed and reduce a drilling tool for drilling and drilling.

Feature:

1. The hydraulic oscillator is divided into a transverse vibrator and an axial vibrator to generate lateral and axial vibrations by hydraulic pulses.
2. The hydraulic oscillator is connected between the drill collar and the non-magnetic drill collar. The length of the single tool is 1/2 of that of the ordinary drill collar. The horizontal and axial vibrators are used together, which does not affect the column placement and the two-layer operation.
3. Lateral vibration disengages the drilling tool from the low side of the well wall to avoid sticking of the drilling tool due to the drilling tool close to the well wall, and at the same time reduce the frictional resistance between the drilling tool and the well wall, improve the pressing effect and increase the drilling speed.
4. The axial vibrator is located in the upper part of the transverse vibrator. The axial drilling vibration pushes the lower drilling tool forward, and at the same time causes the drill bit to impact the bottom of the well, increasing the rock breaking effect and increasing the drilling speed.
