We can provide all kinds of drilling tools based on your demands.Detailed description Tubing is pipe used for the transportation of crude oil and natural gas from an oil or gas layer to the surface after drilling is complete. It is made to withstand the pressure generated from the extraction process. Tubing is manufactured in the same way as casing, except that an additional process known as "upsetting" is applied to thicken the pipes.The tubing production processing is similar to the process of casing production.Tubing pipes typically have diameters of 26.67 mm to 114.3 mm.   Quality Control We have implemented stringent quality control tests to inspect raw materials and examine products in every stage of the manufacturing process.  The quality control system includes:  • Size and surface inspection.   Our quality assurance staff inspects the size and surface of the tubes to ensure that tubes meet required standards.  •  Non-destructive test. This test is conducted to ensure that no damage occurred to the tube during upsetting, heat treatment and hot straightening treatments. For the blind areas at the end of the pipes, a magnetic power detectoscope is used to conduct the tests.
